Section 1900.1 - Fingerprinting

Commencing on January 1, 1990, applications in adoption proceedings in this Court shall be accompanied by the fingerprints of the adoptive parent or parents. The cost of said fingerprinting and processing shall be borne by the adoptive parent or parents. The Court will furnish the necessary cards for such fingerprinting.
