Section 1220.4 - Mediation report

Within 10 days following the conclusion of the mediation, the mediator shall send a report to the disciplinary office advising of any disposition.

(a) If the parties have resolved their dispute by mediation, the report shall be accompanied by the original written agreement signed by both parties, together will all other correspondence related to the dispute. Copies of the agreement shall be provided to the parties.

(b) If the parties are unable to resolve their dispute, the complaint shall be returned to the disciplinary office for appropriate action.
