Section 1020.9 - Conduct of disbarred or suspended attorneys

A respondent suspended or disbarred from the practice of law by order of the Appellate Division, Fourth Department shall comply with section 1240.15 of this Title, including the filing of an affidavit in the form prescribed therein, together with proof that a copy of the affidavit was served on counsel to the committee.
