Section 1020.13 - Application to unseal attorney disciplinary records or for access to closed disciplinary proceedings

An application for an order unsealing attorney disciplinary records or for access to closed disciplinary proceedings made pursuant to Judiciary Law section 90(10) or section 1240.18(d) of this Title shall consist of a notice of motion and supporting papers filed in accordance with section 1020.8(h) of this Part and shall be on notice to the chief attorney and the subject attorney, unless the application requests, and the presiding justice approves, dispensing with such service.
