This Part serves as a supplement to, and must be read in conjunction with, the Rules of the Appellate Division, All Departments Part 1240 - Rules for Attorney Disciplinary Matters of this Title. In the event of a conflict, Part 1240 of this Title shall control. This Part incorporates the definitions set forth in section 1240.2 of this Title. Unless otherwise specified, any reference herein to "the Court" or "the Appellate Division" refers to the Appellate Division, Fourth Department.
