Part 613 - Rules To Implement An Indigent Defense Organization Oversight Committee
Section 613.10 - Complaints

The oversight committee may receive and investigate complaints against organizations providing representation to indigent defendants and the attorneys in their employ which relate to the discharge of an organization's or an individual attorney's duties pursuant to an order of appointment, and shall, subject to the approval of the Appellate Division, adopt rules for the processing of such complaints.
