Section 540.1 - Delegation to the presiding justices of the Appellate Division

The presiding justices of the Appellate Division shall adopt uniform rules to ensure that appeals from pretrial findings of mental retardation in capital cases pursuant to Laws of 1995, chapter 1, section 20 are expeditiously perfected, reviewed and determined.
