Section 206.4 - Court districts; structure

(a) As set forth below, the court shall be divided into eight districts. The clerk shall prepare calendars comprised of claims arising within the counties of each district.

(b) No claim shall be transferred for trial from one district to another unless ordered upon motion on notice setting forth the grounds, or upon order of the presiding judge.
