The sources of prospective jurors shall be:
(a) the names contained on voter registration lists, lists of licensed motor vehicle operators and lists of persons to whom State income tax forms have been mailed;
(b) the names of persons who have volunteered to serve in accordance with section 506 of the Judiciary Law; and
(c) the names from such other sources as authorized by the Chief Administrator of the Courts.
