Section 122.11 - Disqualification

A judicial hearing officer shall disqualify himself or herself in any proceeding under the same circumstances where a judge or other quasijudicial officer would be required to disqualify himself or herself under decisional law or pursuant to the provisions of any statute, the Code of Judicial Conduct or Part 100 of this Title.
