Appellate papers reproduced by methods other than printing, pursuant to rule 5529 of the Civil Practice Law and Rules, must be reproduced on a good grade of at least 20-pound, white, opaque, unglazed paper. Any method of reproduction which produces a permanent, legible, black-on-white copy on the above paper shall be accepted. Wherever such a paper, presented to a clerk for filing, is not legible or otherwise suitable, the clerk may refuse to accept the same.
