Section 19.1 - Annual leave for judges and justices

A full-time judge or justice of a trial court of the Unified Court System shall be entitled to four weeks (20 days) of annual leave each year, except that a full-time judge or justice of a trial court who has served full-time as a judge or justice for more than five years shall be entitled to five weeks (25 days) of annual leave each year.
