Whenever a court directs the temporary removal of an incarcerated person from an institution under the jurisdiction of the State Department of Correctional Services for the purposes of attendance at a judicial hearing, its order shall recite that the hearing therein provided must be held within 30 days of the arrival of the incarcerated person at the temporary place of detention.
