Section 2054.6 - Responsibilities of outside contractors

All outside contractors shall perform all required services, and shall provide all required goods, to the satisfaction of the corporation in accordance with the terms and conditions of their contracts. They shall meet with appropriate officials of the corporation upon request at a reasonable time, shall present upon request written reports satisfactory to the corporation of the progress of the services they are providing and shall provide invoices for all services rendered or goods provided in sufficient detail to enable the corporation to identify the services or goods.
