It is the corporation's policy to enhance opportunities for minority business enterprises to serve as outside contractors. Those areas or types of personal service contracts for which minority business enterprises may best submit proposals include, but are not limited to, contracts for hotel and property operations, construction, design, construction management, repair and cleaning.
