Section 2050.6 - Subject matter list

(a) A reasonably detailed current list, by subject matter, of all records in the possession of the corporation, whether or not the records are available pursuant to the Public Officers Law, shall be maintained and shall be available for public inspection. The list shall be sufficiently detailed to permit the requester to identify the file category of the record sought.

(b) The subject matter list shall be updated periodically, not less than twice per year. The date of the most recent updating shall appear on the first page of the list.

(c) Access to specific records in the various categories contained in the subject matter list shall be governed by the Public Officers Law.
