Part 2050 - Public Access To Records
Section 2050.1 - Purpose and scope

(a) The purpose of this Part is to enhance access to the records of the United Nations Development Corporation (the "corporation") in the manner and to the extent provided by law.

(b) This Part provides information concerning the procedures by which records may be obtained.

(c) Personnel of the corporation shall furnish to the public the information and records required by the Freedom of Information Law, as well as any records otherwise available by law.

(d) Any conflicts among laws governing public access to records shall be construed in favor of the widest possible availability of public records.
