Section 2002.11 - Project completion and acceptance

(a) When the corporation makes an initial determination that the project is considered to be substantially complete, in whole or in part, the corporation shall give written notice of such fact to the municipality.

(b) After acceptance of the project in whole or in part by the municipality, the corporation as agent for the municipality shall continue to maintain responsibility for the completion of any remaining work and arrange for the final inspection as well as final payments from the project account.
