Section 2002.10 - Approvals

(a) Upon completion of each design phase of the project, the corporation shall notify the municipality and, until the municipality has given the corporation its approval in writing of such phase, the corporation shall not proceed to any subsequent phase unless authorized in writing by the municipality.

(b) Upon receipt of bids for construction, the corporation shall not award any construction contracts until the municipality has given the corporation its approval in writing to award any such contract.
