Section 1290.8 - Smoking, operation of cutting torches and like devices restricted

No person shall smoke or carry lighted cigars, cigarettes, pipes, matches or any naked flame in any place where smoking is specifically prohibited by signs, and no person shall operate at the World Trade Center an oxyacetylene torch, electric arc or similar flame or spark producing device. No person shall tamper with any fire prevention, warning or extinguisher equipment at the World Trade Center nor use the same for any purpose other than fire fighting or fire prevention.
