Section 1290.4 - Permission required for posting or distribution of printed matter, etc

No person shall post, distribute, exhibit, inscribe, paint or affix (nor shall any person cause, direct or order the posting, distributing, exhibiting, inscribing, painting or affixing of) signs, advertisements, circulars, notices, posters, or printed or written or pictorial matter or articles or objects of any kind at, in, on or to any part of the common areas and facilities of the World Trade Center without the prior written consent of the manager of the World Trade Center. In the event of the violation of the foregoing, the Port Authority may remove the same without any liability, and may charge the expense and cost incurred for such removal to the person or persons violating this rule.
