Section 1290.32 - Disabled, abandoned or illegally parked vehicles subject to removal

The manager may remove from any area at the World Trade Center any vehicle which is disabled, abandoned, parked in violation of these rules and regulations, or which presents an operational problem to any area at the World Trade Center, at the operator's or owner's expense and without liability for damage which may result in the course of such moving.
