Section 1290.14 - Permission required to lay floor covering

No person shall lay any linoleum, floor tile, carpeting or any other affixed floor covering at the World Trade Center without the prior written consent of the manager of the World Trade Center and if such consent is given such directions as the Port Authority may give as to methods and procedures to be used in the laying and installing of any such floor covering shall be followed.
