Section 1290.13 - Permission required for installations or operation of certain equipment

No person shall install or use at the World Trade Center except with the prior written consent of the manager of the World Trade Center, any air conditioning unit or equipment, refrigerator, heating or cooking apparatus or other power-activated equipment or any signal or call system or other communication systems or equipment or any device which connects to the power or other lines for signal or communications or other transmissions in any way whatsoever. No person shall install or operate at the World Trade Center any device which may in the Port Authority's opinion interfere with or impair any radio, television or telephone transmission or reception or any other communication service.
