Section 1290.10 - Tampering with controls, equipment, etc. prohibited

No person shall tamper with any World Trade Center controls, machinery or equipment including without limitation thereto thermostats, heater valves, sprinkler valves and devices, or blower motors, and no person shall turn on or off heating or air cooling controls in the World Trade Center or operate any other equipment therein unless expressly authorized in writing by the Port Authority to do so.
