Section 1276.2 - Entry into terminal restricted

Since the presence in or upon the air terminal of a tank vehicle is likely to endanger persons or property in or upon the air terminal and render the use of the air terminal unsafe, no tank vehicle shall be allowed in or upon the air terminal unless it shall conform to the rules and regulations set forth in this Part in addition to all other rules and regulations for the use of the air terminal.
