Section 1271.21 - Aircraft to be taxied by qualified persons only

No aircraft shall be taxied at the air terminal unless a certificated pilot certificated to operate that particular type of aircraft or a certificated A and P mechanic properly qualified to taxi that particular type of aircraft shall be attending the controls. In the case of helicopters, only a certificated helicopter pilot shall attend the controls.
