(a) A metered parking rate for a 30 minute period or fraction thereof shall be ............ $.25

(b) In addition to the above, Airport Parking Company of America provides a valet parking service at a flat rate of $2 for the valet service, plus the following parking rate: $2.00 for each 12 hours or fraction thereof; 15 percent Newark city tax on parking charge only.
