Section 1263.4 - Incineration service charges

(a) For each arrival of an aircraft in connection with a flight which originated from or made an intermediate stop outside the continental limits of the United States, other than hose originating in Canada or Puerto Rico, and if such aircraft has not been cleared by the Bureau of Customs at another port of entry to the United States prior to its arrival at the air terminal (whether or not incineration services are actually used) on account of the availability of the service of incinerating materials condemned by the Bureau of Entomology and Plant Quarantine, the Bureau of Animal Industry or other controlling government agencies............ $1.75

(b) Incineration services consuming more than one hour in connection with an arrival of an aircraft: For each succeeding hour or fraction thereof after the first hour............ $2
