Section 1263.15 - Observation decks

The fee for admission upon the observation decks at John F. Kennedy International Airport shall be 10 cents. There shall be no fee for such admission in the case of children under 12 years of age accompanied by an adult and such children shall not be admitted upon such observation decks unless so accompanied. The fee for admission upon the observation deck on the 10th floor of the control tower at John F. Kennedy International Airport shall be 50 cents for adults and 25 cents for children under 12 years of age accompanied by an adult, and such children shall not be admitted upon such observation deck unless so accompanied.
