Section 1262.75 - General

That the presence in or upon the public areas of an air terminal of an automotive vehicle or piece of mobile equipment not bearing a license plate issued by a State motor vehicle department is likely to endanger persons or property in or upon said public areas and render the use of said public areas unsafe, and on such automotive vehicle or piece of mobile equipment shall be allowed on such public areas unless it shall conform to the rules and regulations set forth in this Part for the use of the air terminal.
