Section 1262.34 - Operation of aircraft radio or electrical equipment prohibited

During fuel handling in connection with any aircraft, no person shall operate any radio transmitter or receiver in such aircraft, or switch electrical appliances on or off in such aircraft, nor shall any person do any act or use any material which is likely to cause a spark within 50 feet of such aircraft.
