Section 1262.32 - Fueling to be conducted at least 50 feet from buildings

Aircraft fuel handling at an air terminal shall be conducted at least 50 feet from any hangar or other building, except where the location of underground fuel tanks presently installed requires such fuel handling closer to existing buildings or hangars.
