Section 1261.29 - Use of landing areas designated as unsafe prohibited

No aircraft shall use any part of the public landing areas considered temporarily unsafe for landing or taking off, or which is not available for any cause; the boundaries of such areas will be marked with orange flags by day and red lights by night, and notice thereof will be given to the control tower by the Port Authority.
