Section 1260.7 - Permission to conduct sightseeing flights required

No person shall conduct sightseeing flights at any air terminal except under permit from the Port Authority. By sightseeing flights is meant flights on which passengers are carried for hire and which originate and terminate at the same air terminal with no intermediate stops other than emergency stops.
