Section 1243.9 - Cargo facilities, definition of

(a) Public cargo facilities. The cargo buildings and open areas at a marine terminal designated by the Port Authority for the handling of waterborne cargo and the holding of such cargo for further transportation.

(b) Leased cargo facilities. The cargo buildings and open areas at a marine terminal operated by firms, corporations, partnerships or individuals under agreements with the Port Authority and designated by the Port Authority from time to time for the holding of waterborne cargo for further transportation.
