Section 1243.7 - Cargo handling

Except when actually loading or discharging cargo to or from a watercraft lying alongside a mooring facility, no person, firm, or corporation shall place, leave or deposit such cargo, or any portion thereof, within six feet of the edge of such mooring facility, or upon railroad tracks laid or constructed on any mooring facility.
