Section 1241.38 - Vehicles-speed limits

(a) Vehicles at a terminal shall be operated in strict compliance with speed limits prescribed by the Port Authority as indicated by posted traffic signs.

(b) No vehicle shall be driven on any mooring facility at a greater speed than 12 miles per hour. (For speed limits at Port Newark and Elizabeth-Port Authority marine terminal see pp. 1411-1412)
