Section 1241.35 - Vehicle refueling-rules

(a) Vehicles and equipment using gasoline or diesel oil as fuel shall be refueled from:

(1) U.L. approved safety cans fitted with a flexible spout for easy pouring, or

(2) approved underground storage and dispensing systems.

(b) Any other method of refueling must be approved by the manager.
