Section 1241.32 - Smoking or open flames prohibited

No person shall smoke or carry lighted cigars, cigarettes, pipes, matches or use any naked flame or bonfire in or upon any portion or area of a terminal used for the loading, unloading, handling or holding of cargo, or on the open deck of any ship, lighter, carfloat, scow, or other similar floating craft or equipment when berthed or moored at a terminal or made fast to a vessel berthed or moored at a terminal.
