Section 1221.13 - Persons entering or leaving terminal when not fully open for business required to show identification

During such days and hours as the terminal may not be fully open for business such as Sundays, Saturdays, holidays, late hours of the night and early hours of the morning, the occupant shall, when entering or leaving the terminal, if requested by a Port Authority representative, exhibit such authorization and means of identification as may from to time be prescribed by the Port Authority or as may meet with the approval of such representative.
