If permission is granted for passage of a restricted vehicle, it will generally be confined to the following periods:
(a) George Washington Bridge. Monday-Friday: 10 a.m.-3 p.m.--7 p.m.-6 a.m.
Saturday, Sunday: Traffic permitting
(b) Lincoln Tunnel. Daily--2 a.m.-5 a.m.
(c) Holland Tunnel. Daily--2 a.m.-5 a.m.
(d) Bayonne Bridge, Outerbridge Crossing. Daily--Traffic permitting
(e) Goethals Bridge. Monday-Friday: 9 a.m.-3 p.m.--7 p.m.-6 a.m.
Saturday, Sunday: Traffic permitting
