Section 1160.8 - Scheduled shuttle service-concession

(a) General system. A scheduled shuttle service-concession has the right to load/unload and stage vehicles engaged in providing scheduled shuttle service only, from areas designated by the airport manager. The concessionaire may solicit airport passenger business by utilizing a starter.

(b) Fees and charges. As set forth in the executed concession agreement between the NFTA and concessionaire.
