Section 1160.6 - Taxi-concession

(a) General system. Taxicab concessionaire shall operate from passenger loading, unloading and staging areas as designated by the airport manager. Authorized taxicabs will progress through the staging areas and passenger loading/unloading areas to depart the airport.
(b) Privileges granted. Taxicab concessionaire is provided the privilege of an exclusive right to solicit passengers for taxicab service from the airport, to any and all points outside the airport area. However, the solicitation of passengers is prohibited inside the terminal building.
(c) Taxicab operation requirements.
(d) Fees and charges. As stipulated in the executed concession agreement between the NFTA and the taxicab concessionaire.
