OFF-AIRPORT PARKING OPERATOR, CAR RENTAL
Percent of gross revenue generated from airport patrons according to the following scale:
| Gross revenue | Access fee |
| First $500,000 | 4 percent |
| $500,001 - $1,000,000 | 6 percent |
| $1,000,001 - $1,500,000 | 8 percent |
| Any amount over $1,500,000 | 10 percent |
| Minimum monthly payment: | 1/12 of fee imposed on previous year revenue |
| Actual revenue settlement: | 14 days after year end |
Gross revenue for off-airport parking operations shall mean all transactions made for cash, credit or otherwise from parking fees collected at the site from airport patrons during the period less any applicable sales taxes.
Gross revenue for off-airport car rental operations shall mean the aggregate amount of all rental transactions made for cash, credit or otherwise to airport patrons, including personal accident and primary liability insurance, additional driver and youthful driver charges, child restraint seats, ski and luggage racks, and cellular phones, less any applicable sales taxes.
