Section 1160.1 - Introduction and objective

The objective of these rules and regulations governing commercial ground transportation at Buffalo Niagara International Airport is to promote high quality and reasonably priced ground transportation services consistent with the public safety and convenience, to insure the efficient movement of passengers to and from the airport terminal, to foster competition among providers of ground transportation services, and to develop revenues for support of the airport system.
