Section 1157.10 - Fees

(a) The authority may charge a fee to an applicant for the preparation and/or review of an environmental impact statement. The fee charged shall be the entire cost to the authority of such preparation and/or review. The costs shall include personal services of authority employees computed at an hourly rate, fringe benefits attributable to such personal services, overhead attributable to such personal services plus any other costs attributable to impact statement preparation or review.

(b) The authority may also charge a fee to an applicant for the costs of publishing or filing any notices required by this Part and for costs incurred in the conducting of a public hearing. The fee charged shall be the entire cost to the authority of such publishing, filing or hearings. The costs shall include personal services of authority employees computed at an hourly rate, fringe benefits attributable to such personal services, printing costs, stenographic costs and all other costs attributable to such publishing, filing or hearings.
