Section 1155.6 - Removal upon direction

Upon direction from the manager, the owner or operator of any aircraft, watercraft or motor vehicle parked or stored at a terminal shall move said aircraft, watercraft or motor vehicle from the place where it is parked or stored to another designated place. If the owner or operator refuses to comply with such directions, the authority may tow said aircraft, watercraft or motor vehicle to such designated place at the owner's or operator's expense and without liability for damage which may result in the course of such removal.
