Section 1154.7 - Payment of fees

No person shall moor any vessel or other watercraft at an authority mooring, land or take off an aircraft on or from a public landing area, or use a public landing area, public ramp and apron area, public passenger ramp and apron area, public cargo ramp and apron area, or a public aircraft parking and storage area, except upon the payment of such fees and charges as may from time to time be prescribed by the authority, unless such person is entitled to use such area under a lease or special contract.
