Title 21 - Miscellaneous
Chapter XXIII - NIAGARA FRONTIER TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
Part 1154 - Commercial Activity
Section 1154.5 - Unauthorized parking and storage tariff

Current through Register Vol. 46, No. 39, September 25, 2024

Unless otherwise provided in a lease or other agreement, no person shall use any area of a terminal (other than the public parking and storage areas), for parking and storage without permission. When the manager deems that such use will not interfere with the operation of a terminal, and such permission is granted, the charge for such use may be double the rates provided at such terminal for the public parking and storage areas thereat, this charge to apply from the time so parked or stored at the terminal. If, notwithstanding the above prohibition, a person uses such areas for parking or storage as aforesaid, without first obtaining such permission, then the manager shall have authority to order the same to be removed and stored at the expense of the owner thereof, without liability for damage thereto arising from or out of such removal or storage. The above rate shall apply for the time same has been so parked or stored at a terminal.
